As an industrial and commercial power solutions provider, 01 Electronics supports industries, local governments and public-sector organizations through every step of their development.
Who we are
Serving Egypt since 2006 — and the GCC since 2022.
We supply and support Borri commercial and industrial UPS, and we are a Legrand UPS and power components distributor. Our generator team supplies and services diesel generating sets on Cummins, Perkins, John Deere, Volvo Penta and Honda engines with Stamford and Leroy-Somer alternators, and we supply FIAMM, Saft, EnerSys, Exide, CSB, Yuasa, Chloride, Alcad, Ritar and Ultracell batteries.
Our commitment is simple: to supply your operations with clean, uninterrupted and reliable energy — and to stand behind every UPS and generator we deliver, from installation and commissioning to routine and emergency maintenance.
Alongside our power business, our engineering & contracting team has delivered electromechanical and turnkey projects since 2011.

A message from our Chairman
In 2026, we are celebrating 20 years of 01 Electronics. It has been a long journey. I remember our first days in 2006, when we started as an electronics maintenance center — I never imagined that we would be standing here today, with a client base of 2,000+ in Egypt, and now expanding in the UAE and KSA.
We have been through a lot of good times and many more bad times. Especially during Egypt’s economic collapse in 2022, and in the years that followed until 2024, we went through very hard times — moments of despair and doubt. But we came back stronger, more organised and focused: determined not to repeat our past mistakes and to turn 01 Electronics back to what we do best, which is Power Solutions, removing all other business activities that could affect our brand.
Today, we still keep our promise to our customers: to give the best service in UPS and gensets, all the way from pre-sales design to after-sales support, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

A message from our CEO
I joined 01 Electronics in 2009 as a Service Engineer and spent 15 years growing with the company, gaining a deep understanding of its people, customers, and market.
After stepping away in November 2024, I returned in 2026 as a Partner and Chief Executive Officer, taking on a new responsibility in the company’s next chapter.
01 Electronics was built on technical expertise, trusted relationships, and committed people. Our focus now is to build on this foundation, strengthen our capabilities, expand our presence, and create sustainable growth for the future.
I am proud to be part of this journey again, and excited about what we can build together.

A message from our CCO
I joined 01 Electronics in 2018, starting in after-sales support, then became procurement manager in 2021, managing director in 2024, and finally CEO in 2025.
I had to step up in hard times after the economic collapse, when everyone doubted 01 Electronics — and even doubted me as a leader for this organisation and this huge brand. During my two years as CEO, we have thankfully regained our standing in the market: not only with clients, not only with foreign and local vendors, but also with our own employees.
As of 2027, my job as CEO is done. We have brought 01 Electronics back to the position it needed to be in, and what comes next is a focus on true expansion and scale.

Our journey
Milestones
2006Founded
01 Electronics is launched by our Chairman, Eng. Ayman Hammad, as an electronics service workshop in Cairo.
2007Borri becomes our UPS vendor
Our first industrial Borri orders followed: a 60 kVA parallel-redundant UPS for the SANMAR facility in Port Said (2008) and a 220 VDC system for Orascom’s El Gouna 66/22 kV substation (2009).
2011Added gensets (generating sets) to our portfolio
Our first genset order: 16 generating sets (15 & 20 kVA) for Banque Misr branches. The same year, we launched our engineering & contracting arm.
2017Legrand becomes our UPS partner
Following Legrand’s investment in Borri (a full acquisition by 2020), we added Legrand UPS. First orders: 209 Daker DK UPS for the Police Academy and 45 Trimod HE systems for Telecom Egypt remote sites.
2022UAE branch
We open our UAE branch in Hamriya Free Zone, Sharjah, initially operating on export.
2026KSA branch & UAE team
We launch our KSA branch and recruit our on-ground team in the UAE.
